Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy halfbound in modern brown calfskin and blue cloth with fleurs-de-lys in the spine compartments. There is extensive worm hole damage throughout with few losses to text. The verso of leaf *1 contains several early ex-libris inscriptions, including those of James Rothwell, dated 1643 (also signed as Jacobus Rathwell?), and Joshua Stonhewer, dated 1699. Stonhewer also inscribed his name on leaf 3[dagger]5v with the date of 1693. Leaf 3[double dagger]6r contains two other early inscriptions, one of which is dated 1598. The names of John Hardmand and James W. Roger [?] are inscribed on leaf 3A4r. Marginalia, in various early hands, is also present on 2A5r, 2D1v, 3C6r, 3G4r, 3H4v, and 6*4v. The bookplate of James S. Burra is present on the front pastedown and the perforation stamp of the Library is present on the title page. This volume is housed in a blue cloth box
